How Much Will It Cost?
The cost of an extension will of course depend on size, and the amount of labour/materials required to do the job – factors such as ground conditions, drainage arrangements, whether you are in a conservation area, level of finish, etc, will all affect the final cost of the build. As a general guide when budgeting your extension, we recommend using a figure of £2,000 per sq/m.
